1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Shree Balaji Electricals ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.
2. Services and Quotations
All electrical services, including EV charger installations, meter shifting, and solar panel setups, are subject to site inspection. Any quotations provided over the phone or via email are estimates and may change upon physical inspection of the premises and existing electrical load.
3. User Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your property's electrical history, sanctioned load from the DISCOM (like MSEB, Adani, Tata Power), and ensure that our technicians have safe, unobstructed access to the work area during the scheduled appointment times.
4. Warranties and Liabilities
We guarantee our workmanship for a standard period as stated in your final invoice. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing faults in your home's wiring, grid fluctuations, or damage caused by third-party appliances. Warranty on hardware (like EV chargers or smart meters) is strictly provided by the respective manufacturer.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Shree Balaji Electricals and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
